What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA & Mastercard, PayPal & Bank Deposit/EFT. We accept VISA & Mastercard, PayPal & Bank Deposit/EFT. We also have a credit/payment term option however a credit application form must be filled out and assessment gone through before approval.

Do you charge delivery?

We charge competitive standard delivery rates for each New Zealand region based on standard post and courier but we also have free delivery on selected products. We also have a VIP express same day service for an additional charge. 

Do you ship goods outside of New Zealand?

Unfortunately, we only ship locally within New Zealand at this stage, but we are on the lookout to opening our products and services on a more global scale, so check back here for future updates. We do ship products to Australia where our main office and customer base are. Please visit our Australian site @ www.mediaform.com.au

Can you price match or beat?

Our prices are always updated to the most competitive in the marketplace, however we understand there are at times where we may not be cheapest online. We will be more than happy to look into matching or beating price you have seen cheaper elsewhere but this would be on a product by product basis and we cannot guarantee a price match or beat. In saying that, we want to provide customers with the best possible deal.

Are all your products that you sell genuine and New Zealand stock?

Yes, we take pride in making sure we source our products legitimately and through authorised vendors and distributors. We DO NOT grey market or import from unauthorised distributors. We have worked hard to build partnerships with all the leading global I.T. vendors so you can be rest assured, being authorised partners and dealers makes all our products not only genuine branded but local New Zealand stock. 

Do you have a physical shop?

We do not have a physical shop like an Officeworks or JB Hifi, but we do have our main HQ office which is in Sydney and you are welcome to drop by to visit our showroom or even book in an appointment with one of our qualified sales team. All orders though must be processed either online or via phone/email. We do have an office in Auckland, New Zealand but it is purely for staff and pickups or drop-ins are not permitted.

How does warranty work if there is a fault or issue with the product I have purchased?

If you have bought a product from us and find it to be faulty and it is still under warranty, you need to go through the vendor (HP, Microsoft, Lexmark, Apple etc.) directly as they may be able to troubleshoot the issue. This is also because it is the manufacturer/vendor that the warranty has come from. However, you may contact us for assistance or help but we cannot do anything further until the vendor has given us the authorisation. For more on this, see our terms and conditions page.
